Oh snap dude!, Owen is now an offi­cial Mozilla Cam­pus Rep­re­sen­ta­tive! Yeah, that’s right. I could pos­si­bly be the only Mozilla Cam­pus Rep here in Min­nesota, or at least in Winona, MN. Now that I am an offi­cial rep, I have sev­eral respon­si­bil­i­ties to ful­fill. Count ‘em off kiddies:

  1. I will, to the best of my abil­ity, attempt to con­vert those now cur­rently wor­ship­ing the devil (using Inter­net Explorer) to wor­ship­ing God (using Firefox)
  2. I think I get a free t-​​shirt. Sweet
  3. Although I didn’t spec­ify in the sur­vey, I just might start a Fire­fox club here at school. Please leave com­ments about what you think of the name of the club should be. Please don’t say ‘Club Fire­fox’ or ‘The Fire­fox Club’
  4. St. Mary’s might have some super cool Fire­fox events now ; p
  5. Por­tray Inter­net Explorer as most evilest thing on the Earth

I guess the eas­i­est way to start spread­ing Fire­fox is to try and get every­one in my dorm to use the best browser in the world. From there, I will try and spread it even more but I obvi­ously don’t have enough resources cur­rently to make the whole cam­pus to con­vert yet. I know that a lot of peo­ple in my dorm are pretty tech­no­log­i­cally unsavvy so those will be the hard­est peo­ple to con­vert. The More >
